Our team will confirm your appointment time and date with you when you book. On the day, please arrive early to allow time for parking. Parking is available at the car park on Hughes street or on-street. There are two lifts available to access the specialist suite.

What to bring to your appointment:

+ Any imaging including x-rays or MRI, and any other recent test results.

+ Your referral from your GP or Specialist (GP referrals are valid for 12 months. Specialist referrals are valid for 3 months.)

+ Your Medicare card, Health fund card and if applicable your Pensioners card.

+ List of your current medications

+ Please wear comfortable clothing that allows the area of concern to be examined easily.

+ You are welcome to bring another family member or friend to accompany you to your appointment.
